- Candidate Management

- Recruitment Analytics
- Email Notifications
- Candidate Communication
- Recruitment Workflow Automation
The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist recruitment decisions. Final hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the employer.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Have authority to act on behalf of your organisation (where applicable);
- Agree to comply with these Terms.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
- All activity under their account;
- Providing accurate information;
- Updating account information when necessary.
Recruit360X reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
AI Services
Recruit360X uses artificial intelligence to assist recruitment.
AI-generated recommendations include:

- Interview suggestions
AI outputs are recommendations only.
Recruit360X and Prime Soft Global do not guarantee:
- Hiring success
- Candidate suitability
- Employment outcomes
- Legal compliance of recruitment decisions
Users remain solely responsible for all employment decisions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully;
- Maintain accurate recruitment information;
- Obtain all required candidate consents;
- Comply with employment legislation;
- Comply with applicable privacy laws;
- Ensure uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.
Candidate Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to upload candidate information.
Recruit360X processes candidate data only to provide recruitment services.
Customers remain the Data Controller of their recruitment information.
Privacy
Recruit360X is committed to protecting personal information.
Collection, storage and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Subscription and Payments
Subscription fees are payable according to the selected pricing plan.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Fees are payable in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.
Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Availability
While we aim to provide reliable services, Recruit360X does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen events may temporarily affect service availability.
Intellectual Property
The Recruit360X platform, software, design, branding, AI workflows, source code, documentation and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Soft Global or its licensors.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during their subscription.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Software Ownership
Recruit360X software has been designed, developed and is maintained by Prime Soft Global.
Customers may not:
- Copy the software
- Reverse engineer
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Create derivative works
without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Upload unlawful content;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Attempt unauthorised access;
- Use the platform for spam;
- Misuse AI functionality;
- Interfere with platform security.
Third-Party Integrations
calendar systems, HR systems, cloud storage and other business applications.
Recruit360X is not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruit360X and Prime Soft Global shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of business opportunities;
- Recruitment outcomes;
- Candidate conduct;
- Employment disputes;
- Data entered by customers;
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid during the previous 12 months.
Data Security
Recruit360X implements reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect customer information.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers should maintain secure passwords and internal access controls.
Service Changes
Recruit360X may:
- Add new features;
- Remove obsolete functionality;
- Improve AI models;
- Update integrations;
- Modify user interfaces.
These changes are intended to improve the service.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment;
- Illegal activity;
- Security concerns;
- Abuse of services;
- Breach of these Terms.
Customers may terminate subscriptions according to their agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to Terms
Recruit360X may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
